L'appartamento l' ovile (80 mq) si trova al piano terra di un casale recentemente restaurato , è composto da due camere matrimoniali, salone con punto di cottura e camino , bagno . Il riscaldamento è autonomo a gas con bombolone, l'arredo è in stile , nel salone vi è un divano letto a due piazze . Il casale , sito in agro di Giano dell'Umbria , è circondato da un'ampio giardino ed è dotato di piscina .
L'affitto non comprende il gas per il riscaldamento ed i piani di cottura, l'elettricità, l'acqua , la legna per il caminetto, e l'uso della piscina .
L'affitto dovrà essere pagato anticipatamente il primo giorno di ogni mese . Alla firma del contratto , dovrà essere versato un deposito pari a due mensilità , questo importo verrà restituito al termine del contratto o utilizzato per pagare eventuali danni all'appartamento o agli arredi.
